Note: Photography is a path to mindfulness for me, a meditative and grounding practice that prompts me to slow down and notice the world around me. May these images offer you a space to pause, a respite in your perhaps busy day, and a reminder to take a moment now & then and notice what's going on in the world around you.
Last year at my 9-5 job, I moved to a window seat. It has a beautiful, expansive view that makes me happy and just happens to be a perfect spot to take in the sunset. The first time I noticed one it stopped me in my tracks and after that, I looked forward to it each day. I started capturing them with the camera on my phone.
With last month's time change I get to enjoy them again. Winter sunsets are my favourite.
